With Christmas around the corner, social group Redbridge 18 Plus has put some dates in the diary to make sure it celebrates the festive season in style.
On December 17, the group for 18-40-year olds will enjoy a Christmas meal at a pub and go head-to-head in a game of pool. It will be party time on Christmas Eve as members gather for a bash, also at a pub in the area, as the clock ticks to the big day.
The group meets every Friday at 8.30pm in Central Library, Clements Road, Ilford.
Other events planned for this month include a cinema night, a game of Indoor cricket and a visit to a pantomime show.
Members will head off on their annual trip to the Norfolk Broads in May.
