A group from Redbridge 18 Plus, based in Goodmayes Community Centre went to Fairlop Waters local nature reserve on Saturday August 11th. Member Francesca Barclay Said: "Fairlop Waters is such a great place to go to. I world like to recommend it to anyone. It is good to see such specular views and nature in the local area." The five strong delegation walked around the lake seeing swans, cygnets and a large flock of geese in flight. They then took to the climbing equipment in the country park, walking along stepping stones and balancing on logs. The group meets most Fridays at 8.30pm.
