Redbridge 18 Plus, an adult social group who meet up to socialise, took on teams from Barking and Dagenham and Havering at City Pavillion, Collier Row Road, Collier Row. After the group stages, Redbridge 18 Plus made it through a tight final round against Barking and Dagenham. "It was quite close in the final rounds Redbridge got some strikes and won the game." member Francesca Barclay said. "It was also a double victory for Redbridge as member Paul Savvas won best player." Paul Savvas added: "It's brilliant to win as a team and as an individual. It was touch and go for a while but a few of the team scored some good strikes." Redbridge 18 Plus is welcoming new members and they meet on Fridays, 8.30pm at Goodmayes Community Centre.
