An organiser of Redbridge 18 Plus group is inviting people to try out the group's fun activities.
The club has enjoyed many outings over the years including a trip to the BBC One Show studios.
Members also held a fun charity music quiz towards the end of March in aid of the British Heart Foundation at the Unicorn Pub, Clayhall Avenue, Clayhall.
Organiser Francesca Barclay said "the game included rounds on number one singles, songs from films, television themes, punk rock and classical music.
I am pleased that everyone enjoyed the quiz and it is good that we've raised some money for charity" she said. "This is Just one of the many events put on by Redbridge 18 Plus."
More than £160 was raised with all proceeds going to the national charity.
The group meets at 8.30pm on Fridays at Goodmayes Community Centre, Green Lane, Goodmayes.
