Members recently enjoyed a weekend away at a caravan site in Hunstanton, Norfolk.
Days were spent tackling karaoke songs, taking part in quizzes, and enjoying the company of other group members from across the country.
In the evenings the group were entertained by bands that played music from a selection of eras, including a Four Seasons tribute.
Marc Horne said: “It was a great weekend. I especially enjoyed the bands, they were fantastic.”
The group meets at 8.30pm on Fridays at Goodmayes Community Centre, Green Lane, Goodmayes.
