Members of a Redbridge social group have showed off their perfect putting in a golf competition.
Redbridge 18 Plus beat representatives from groups across east London, Norfolk. Suffolk and Essex in a pitch and putt contest in Upminster last month.
Member Trev Eley emerged triumphant over last year's winner Chris Mann and Lee Gilbert, from the Romford and Havering Group, who tied for second place. Trev, who won by six shots, said: "It was a fun competition and I'm surprised but very pleased to have won." Redbridge's Kerry Mann made it a double for the group by winning ladies' competition. Redbridge 18 Plus is a social group offering organised events and trips for 18 to 40-year-olds. The group meets on Fridays at Redbridge Central Library, Clements Road., Ilford from 8.30 - 10pm
