Kings Lynn Summer Weekend – Usually mid July
Camping weekend at Tottenhill Village Hall, Tottenhill, Kings Lynn, organised
by Kings Lynn group, and open to all groups. Disco on the Saturday night with
Rounders competition during the day. Basic, but cheap and cheerful, it costs
just £8 for Saturday night disco and camping.
Bournemouth – early October
Weekend in a hotel in one of south coast’s finest resorts. It costs £85.50 for 3 night’s bed and breakfast. As relaxing or active as you want it to be. A Redbridge group holiday, although some members of other groups may also come.
Wash – Friday 9th to– Mon 12th November
Weekend at Sunny Hunstanton, Norfolk. Weekend on a caravan park.
Costs from £54 to £67 for 3 nights, which includes discos and bands each evening and some daytime entertainment. National holiday open to all groups. £20 deposit needed.
Brean – Friday 20th to Mon 23rd April
Weekend on a caravan park at Brean Sands near Weston Super Mare. 3 nights , usually in March or April. Open to all groups. Usually has discos or bands in the evening and a real ale/cider trip on the Sunday. Details not available at present.
Norfolk Broads - Saturday 5th to 12th May
Holiday cruising on the Norfolk Broads in luxury motor cruisers. Starts on the Saturday of the first May Bank holiday weekend. You can go for either a weekend or a week. Costs about £125 to £150 for a week, less for weekend. Very relaxing with overnight moorings at pubs.
